In the literary anthologies POLISH(ED) and Great Lakes Review, you'll find short stories of mine — "Paper Icon" and "Ascent" respectively.

"Paper Icon"
In Stratford, Ontario, home of the Stratford Shakespearean Festival, a middle-aged Polish immigrant launches a creative (and morally dubious) way to keep her bed-and-breakfast from bankruptcy after the 2008 global financial crisis lowers attendance at the theatre festival. But her plan yields unexpected results, like the near death of the man she's deceiving.
"Ascent"
Growing up in a resort town north of Toronto, a teenage violinist has to choose between his convenient girlfriend and a talented young Ojibway woman he meets at his music teacher's studio.
